BAND SUBMISSIONS

Application for submissions begin February 28, 2008 and receipt of your application will be acknowledged by email only. Those chosen to perform will be notified by phone, and posted on website, by July 1, 2008. Please note that submitting does not guarantee a performance slot as there will be only approximately 100 Bands chosen to perform. Submission fee includes consideration for showcasing by Industry review of material, a band page upon Amplify website for Industry review, and Gold passes for all band members (a $100 Value per pass) to attend the conference & showcases. Bands chosen to showcase will receive (2) additional Platinum upgrades (an additional  $100 Value each) in lieu of (2) of the Gold provided. Artist shall also receive a sponsor pak filled with industry perks & info. Please assist us by not contacting our offices regarding the status of your application as our staff will be in contact ASAP once we have processed your application. To be considered for AMPLIFY!! please submit:

  • Completed Online Showcase Application
  • Minimum of Two (2) original songs via any audio web-link.
  • Digital Bio, Photos, Press Kit, video, etc. (If available, but not required).
  • EARLY SUBMISSIONS ARE CLOSED (Feb 28 – June 15, 2008.)
  • $50.00 ALTERNATE Submission Fee for payments received after June 15, 2008.
  • (Alternate submissions are considered for showcase, and receive early submission benefits)

By submitting to AMPLIFY, and for selection of showcasing, the following are conditions of the application, and applicant agrees to the following conditions:

  1. All materials submitted to AMPLIFY will not be returned.
  2. AMPLIFY may select, and use, up to two (2) musical compositions provided by each Artist as part of a compilation CD of AMPLIFY performers.
  3. AMPLIFY will be filming event for promotional purposes only and may utilize performance(s) for Marketing DVD.
  4. AMPLIFY will pay Artists or Songwriters the statutory US Mechanical Licensing rate for compulsory license on any composition used for commercial purposes only. No royalties shall be paid for inclusion of promotional use.
  5. AMPLIFY reserves the right to utilize any & all submitted materials as promotional items for AMPLIFY, affiliates and/or subsidiaries.
  6. I hereby give permission for images of myself and/or band captured during the Amplify music conference thru video, photo, or digital imaging for the sole purposes of Amplify promotional materials, publications and/or retail options, and thereby waive any right of compensation and/or ownership thereto.
